Electronic musician Kirara to release 5th full-length album on the 22nd…Sunwoo Jung-a, Swolbi, etc. to participate

Electronic musician Kirara is releasing her 5th full-length album with support from Swallowbee, Sunwoojunga, and Hollowjan.



Kirara will release her 5th full-length album 'Kirara' on the 22nd at noon on each music site.



Prior to the release of this album, Kirara raised expectations for her 5th full-length album by giving a fresh shock through Sunwoojunga's 'Music' that was pre-released in December of last year and Yeram's 'Jo Do Do' that was released in January.

Celebrating their 11th debut anniversary, their 5th full-length album 'Kirara' is themed around the joy of making music and features a total of 7 artists including Sunwoojunga, Swallowbee, Hollowjan, Yeram, Untell, Jang Myeong-seon, and Han Jeong-in. Through collaborations with each artist, Kirara musically expressed the expansion of the musical spectrum and the fleeting moments of happiness when various genres such as hip-hop, jazz, metal, and pop become one under the large category of music.



The title song 'Piece' is a song in which rapper Swallow participated, and Swallow's fast rapping continues for 5 minutes on top of numerous musical structures that cross over drum and bass, trap, and boom bap.



'Music', which was pre-released in December last year with Sunwoo Jung-a, consists entirely of scat singing without lyrics. This song is a combination of Latin jazz and electro house, and vocalist Sunwoo Jung-a's diverse vocals add vitality to the song.



The included track 'Evaporation' is a song in which all members of screamo band Hollow Jan participated in the recording, and is a song about the sense of liberation of a person leaving.



Also, 'Contras' with rapper Untel, 'Jogeomdo' centered around the emotional vocals and lyrics of Yeram, 'Outside the Earth' containing the regret of a person who has left, 'Salad' with Jang Myeong-seon's elegant voice on top of the drum sauce of minimal techno, 'Manghan Amusement Park' with electro house music, 'Piece Collection 1' and 'Piece Collection 2', 'Shootdown' with music about a crashing airplane, 'Love Me' in the style of French house, and 'FP' with fast-paced dance music, etc., a total of 14 songs including the intro.



Kirara said, "I thought about new music to take a leap forward after 10 years since my debut, and as a result, I created this album. Also, through working with many artists, I discovered moments when I forget my worries and become happy, and I expressed those emotions through music," and asked for anticipation for the results.



Electronic musician Kirara is currently active in the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, and other European countries, the home of electronic music, as well as the United States. On April 19th, they will hold a concert to commemorate the release of their 5th full-length album at Musinsa Garage Hall in Mapo-gu, Seoul.
